Procedure, Terms, and Conditions for Document Preparation Services

1. Acceptance of Terms and Initial Payment
By submitting payment and accepting Attest Solution’s policies, disclaimers, and procedures, you agree to these terms and conditions for our document preparation services. Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of acceptance, we will proceed with gathering necessary information to initiate the preparation of your estate planning documents.

2. Information Collection and Consultation Scheduling
Once payment is confirmed, we will begin the information-gathering process to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of your documents. This process includes:

Providing a secure form or alternative method for collecting relevant personal, financial, and beneficiary details.
Scheduling a consultation with you to review and clarify all specific requests and instructions regarding your documents. This consultation ensures that we fully understand your requirements and preferences prior to drafting.

3. Document Drafting and Preparation
Following the information-gathering and consultation phase, Attest Solution will proceed with the professional preparation of your documents. This includes drafting Wills, Trusts, Living Wills (Healthcare Directives), Powers of Attorney, or other specified documents based on the details provided. Drafts will be prepared accurately according to the information shared during consultation.

4. Printing and Notary Coordination
Once the documents are finalized, we will print your documents on high-quality paper and arrange for a notary service to facilitate the signing and execution. Notary services may be scheduled at your convenience, either as an in-person or mobile notary, depending on your needs and location.

5. Client Responsibilities

Once payment is received and information-gathering has begun, services are considered to be in progress. Refunds are not available once drafting has commenced. Should you choose to cancel prior to drafting, a partial refund may be available at Attest Solution’s discretion.

The consultation or service fees paid to Attest Solution Experts are non-refundable, however, though still not gauranteed to result in a refund, we do offer reviews on a case-by-case basis. By proceeding, you authorize Attest Solution Experts to share your information or a copy of this agreement with your financial or other institutions if a dispute arises.
